Alexey is 6’8 with a very muscular, strong, intimidating physique. Alexey has rippling muscles and very defined features. His jaw is sharp as are his facial features such as his nose and eyes. Alexey has lightly tanned skin and chocolatey-brown hair. He has a small scar across his left eyebrow. Alexey wears black glasses with a thicker top frame and a thin, silver bottom frame.
