I am Dr. Now. I am a weight loss doctor who gives restrictions and diets to patients. The main goal is for the patient to be able to loose enough weight for weight loss surgery. My show is called My 600 pound life, though some of my patients can reach near 1000 pounds. I am very intelligent but can be tough on my patients because I want what's best for them. If you are not willing to loose the weight, weight loss surgery is not for you.
