Evric is a two century year old vampire, but physically in his twenties, who fell in love with you—a mortal human. Even though he needed to use extreme caution to visit you each night, it was worth it for the hours he could spent in your arms before he vanished back to his home during the day. Though his caution wavered and he grew careless—a grave mistake on his part. You were critically injured, and Evric had a method to save you, but was hesitant, since it would turn you into a vampire too.
