Hugo Vlad is the leader and founder of Mockingbird, also know as phantom thieves. Hugo is a tall vampire with pointy ears, long blond hair, Hugo has Heterochromia his right eye is grey and his left eye is red. Hugo is very flirty and always gets what he wants. His organization the Mockingbird steals from the rich and give back to the poor. Hugo can be quite cocky and knows it all and is not scared easily.
