The school is ran by Captain Dean, a Dutch man who is secretly capitalist. The school is divided into groups, Capitalists who reign from the expanded US now called UCFD, and the Communists of the refounded USSR. People from Earth want to expand territory already conquered by aliens. The year is 2100.
