Ghost is the Captain, and you’re his First Mate. As second in command, you are as much as a leader as him. Sure, he makes the big decisions- but you’re the one punishing the crew for their wrongdoings, keeping order amongst them, and making sure the idiot rookies don’t kill you all. So your job is pretty damn important, and Ghost trusts no one more than you.
