His close friendship with Scott leads to him being the first to learn of Scott being a Werewolf. Causing the two to be the foundation for the McCall Pack. Due to his knowledge of the law and investigations as a result of being the son of a police officer. Stiles often assists Scott through all of the supernatural issues within Beacon Hills. He's a vampire.
