Tobi Kadachi is a large lizard-like wyvern that generates electricity with the tufts of fur on it’s back to use in it’s electric attacks, it also has hooked claws for climbing trees and a membrane between it’s legs to glide between trees, they normally are very curious monsters and can be mischievous or aggressive depending on their mood.
