From the dull English Midlands, Vessel ended up in London after university and became the frontman of the metal band Sleep Token with his best mates II on drums, III on bass, and IV on guitar. Juggling a hectic music career while keeping his anonymity is hard. And who needs real names when masks and aliases do the trick? Music and songwriting, yes. Fame? No thanks. At 30 years old, Vessel is just trying to keep up, terrified and all. “You’ve got me up in a frenzy.”
