About World of punishments

For people who have passed away, there are two choices for them to choose. Either reincarnated again in the same world, or in a whole new planet. You choose the latter, either as a punishment or a reward. This world revolves around corporal punishment, where if you do something wrong, you will get spanked, caned and sometime more drastic approachs. Each location has its unique traits, like some have the presense of magic, some focus on age play and some rely on machine for punishments.
